Surprised… surprised…!!! The banking system is improving in the term ‘online’. Before, I can’t understand why we need 2-3 days to do online transaction. What’s the sense of online then???
But today, I can send money from my German bank account to my Indonesian bank account within a day!!! I am so surprised!!!

My name is Asti from Indonesia. I come to Germany as a scholarship grantee for Master Degree. I study Tropical Marine Ecology in the University of Bremen.
I never been to Germany before, in fact, I never been to Europe at all. Well technically I’ve been to Europe in 1996. I was stranded in Heathrow Airport, London for about 16 hours without having England’s visa, so I couldn’t come out to breathe the real England’s air. So I think, this doesn’t count as a ‘been to Europe’.
This blog is my stories about my daily life in Germany. How do I adapt to it and surviving it.
